-Seek God and pray about how you can help someone else.
-Think about what you are grateful for and thankful for. Write what you are grateful for down in a notebook or journal for 30 days and refer back to them when you need encouragement.
-If you feel you need to seek counsel, please do your research on who you let speak into your life.

Surprised by Oxford is based on the award-winning memoir of Dr. Carolyn “Caro” Drake, an intelligent but emotional college student torn by her past. Drake is an American student who arrives at the University of Oxford intending to attain her Ph.D. in Romantic English Literature. Her confusion about the true meaning of life makes her friendship with a charming young man difficult. However, she reluctantly becomes willing to open her heart to vulnerability, faith, and love. You must watch the movie to discover if Caro finds true joy.

A career in the office isn’t ideal or indeed suitable for everyone. Some people will struggle to stay still for so long during the day or get stuck behind the desk. Freelance Another way to escape the office is to find something you enjoy and do it without the restrictions you usually find in a typical business. Becoming a freelancer is all too easy, but there are challenges that you need to be aware of here. For instance, you must ensure you can earn while managing your taxes. If your taxes get out of control, then it will mean that you struggle to avoid legal penalties and other expensive fines.
Start Your Own Business Alternatively, you could also think about starting your own business. If you start your own business, you will gain the same benefits of freelancing with the possibility of more significant profits. Be aware that you will be taking on many risks here. However, the good news to focus on is that you don’t have to run a business like this from an office location. Almost every industry you can think of can be run from home, making things much more manageable and far less stressful overall.
Talk To Your Employer About Hybrid Work If you are struggling with the office environment and politics, you might want to talk to someone about hybrid working. The big benefit of hybrid working is that you won’t have to worry about issues with constantly feeling stuck in the office all day. Instead, you can work from home or other similar environments occasionally. A hybrid model usually involves working from home three times a week and twice in the office or vice versa. This will depend on the requirements laid out by your specific business.
Active Career Next, you might consider exploring a more active career overall. As the name suggests, a dynamic career will allow you to move around constantly throughout the day while still earning plenty of money each day. One example of a career like this would be something like a personal trainer. Become A Carer Another option would be to work as a carer.
