Here in Missouri, we have been having heat indexes of over 100 degrees and it’s not even Summer yet. Right, a big scoop of ice cream to cool down sounds really good right now. And even better if it is homemade ice cream that you can make yourself. I remember my mother telling me stories of making ice cream with her siblings.
