I hope you are having a wonderful and blessed Sunday. President Trump has declared today to be a National Day of Prayer. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 throughout the world, people are fearful of the disease and the unknown of what it can bring. It is times like this when my hubby and I turn to prayer and God’s Word for our strength. We know that through prayer, studying the Word and refusing to fear, we shall be victorious.
It is important to a Bible that you can not only read the scriptures but one that can help you understand them. That is why I like using the Tony Evans Study Bible. I hope you had an awesome week. For the past week, my hubby and I have been decorating my house for the Christmas season. I am waiting on a new tree that I ordered for our living room. It can be a little annoying when half the lights work while the other half are fine. We just decided to buy a new tree instead of trying to make the old one work. We added some new decorations this year and I really like how it looks so far.

I hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. My hubby and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing day at the house with our doggies. We are enjoying a mini-vacation from work and are in full holiday mode with decorating the house for Christmas. We have been getting a lot of rain over the last couple of days and haven’t been able to get outside to put the lights on the house. With all the rain and cold weather, it makes me wish it could be snowing. Snow would be definitely make it feel right with all of the decorations.
