Hi Beautiful People,
It’s Giveaway time!
My birthday was this week, and I am celebrating the whole month! What better way to celebrate my birthday than by offering a giveaway. My hubby has had birthday surprises for me starting last week, and I’m grateful. That guy treats me like we first laid eyes on each other. I can go on, but let us talk about the giveaway. Reading the Bible refreshes my soul, and every time I read it, I get something completely different out of it. I had gotten into the habit of using my iPad or my iPhone at home or when I’m at church. There is nothing wrong with that at all. However, I need to open up the B I B L E and turn the pages. I must admit that it is a different feel. I actually find myself using my iPad and bible together, and I must admit it’s good. In collaboration with LEV3L Digital, I had the opportunity to review the Holman KJV Study Bible. I sometimes have found that the KJV Version is a little difficult to decipher. However, this Bible has a wide array of learning tools that makes understanding easier. I’m learning from my pastor that I pray first for wisdom, understanding, and read for context and not directly to commentary as a first resource—what better time to start getting in the word of God than right now.

Writing down the scriptures is a great way to memorize the scriptures.
I like the NIV version to study with.
I have not used the NIV in a long time. Need to look at it again.
Primarily the KJV, but I also study the KJVAAE, the RV1895, and The Message. I have studied my Bible every day for decades, and every moment in God’s Word is simply precious to me.

The King James version.
King James is the standard and I use it often.
I like both the King James and the NIV version but I learn a lot from any version!
The version you read is not as important as spending time in the Word itself.
I really love my new King James version but love taking a look at other versions out there and I love different types of study versions as well, thanks!
Comparing each version with the other makes it easy to understand what is being said.
I use the free Bible app for my phone , it’s the easiest way to find Bible verses .
Having the Bible on your phone is such a convenience.
My favorite version to study the bible is the American Standard Version.
Our pastor uses this version often. I have not heard it myself in my study time.
I try to memorize quotes from The Bible that are very helpful to me throughout time.
Memorizing scriptures is a wonderful idea.
I really like the NIV version as it makes it easier for me to understand.
The NIV is good. I agree!

I read a few pages of the King James version every night.
I love that idea. It is so good to read the word every day.
KJV, as that is the only version I was raised on- it’s the most familiar and the most comforting.
KJV is the common version and used by so many people.
My favorite version of studying the Bible is using study Bibles. I have a Women’s study Bible that I went through last. Right now I’ve been trying to lead my family in a “Read the Bible in a Year” study. King James and New King James are my favorite.
My hubby and I are going through the Bible in one year. Such a great thing to do every year.
I like to read devotionals. Thank you
Devotions are a great way to get a quick teaching of the God’s Word.
I would say the daily bible verse is my favorite way to learn and study and memorization is fun too, thanks!
