Christmas Giveaway Winner Announcement

Hello, My Elegant Family

Happy New Year!
We are starting a new year, and I pray it will be filled with abundant blessings. Maybe 2024 did not turn out as you wanted or planned. But know that God is just and faithful. He will never leave you or forsake you. He is always there to comfort you and give you the encouragement to continue the journey through life. I am reminded of these verses in Lamentations;

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,
His mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
(Lamentations 3:22-23)

Knowing that God loves us so much and cares deeply about us is a wonderful thing. His grace is sufficient to sustain us through it all. No matter what comes our way, God gave us His Son Jesus for us.

One of the ways that our family does not lose hope in God’s blessings is to focus on the Christmas story for more than just the Christmas season. It is so easy to get caught up in the moment of the holidays, with gift-giving and social gatherings, that we fail to remember that the season is truly about the birth of Jesus. Without the birth of Jesus, we have no basis for our Christian faith. Learning who Jesus was as a man and knowing the context in which He lived has become an essential part of our spiritual growth. When we began reading the Christmas book by Bible scholar Rick Renner, our eyes were opened to the whole context of Jesus, His earthly family, and the area where He grew up. If you are looking for a book that offers a complete context of the Christmas story that cannot be found in the Bible, we recommend getting a copy of this book HERE. In addition to the book, you will also purchase audio and video recordings of Renner going into further detail about the book.

Happy New Year 2025!

Hello Elegant Friends,

Happy New Year!

If 2024 was not all you wanted it to be, don’t give up. If you have breath in your body, you have a dream in you. Never, Never, Never Give Up!
Thank God for His love and His goodness.
On New Year’s Eve, my hubby and I discuss what God has done and is doing in our lives. We also discuss goals we would like to add to our vision board.

It’s crucial to have daily declarations to build our faith and share some scriptures you can declare and add more to this list.
Scriptures to Declare
My God will supply all my needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

I don’t worry about anything; instead, I pray about everything, telling God what I need and thanking Him for all He has done (Philippians 4:6 NLT).

I will commit to the Lord whatever I do, and He will establish my plans (Proverbs 16:3 NIV).

I throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles me. I run with perseverance the race marked out for me, fixing my eyes on Jesus (Hebrews 12:1).

Please watch this New Year’s Day video JTwisdom would like to share from the Living An Elegant and Graceful Life Channel.

The Bubbling With Elegance And Grace team is thankful and grateful for every Elegant friend of this blog. We pray for you every day, and if you have a prayer request, please share it in the comments.

Do You Celebrate Kwanzaa

Hello, Elegant Ones,

Happy Kwanzaa!

What is Kwanzaa?
Dr. Maulana Karenga, a Black Separatist Professor and Chair at the University of California, created the African-American-themed holiday in 1966. The week-long celebration began on December 26th and continues until January 1st. Many people who celebrate Christmas will also observe Kwanzaa because it is not considered a religious holiday.

Happy Hannukkah!

Hello Beautiful People,

Have a Blessed, Happy Hannukkah!

My family celebrates Christmas and Hannukkah. We are also Christians who pray for the people of Israel. This was a good article on Worship 1 about praying for Israel and the Middle East.
Psalm 122:6 NIV Bible version says, Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.”

Happy Thanksgiving 2024

Hello, Elegant Ones

Happy Thanksgiving!
We pray you are having a wonderful day and abounding in God’s blessings. Amid life’s chaos, it’s easy to overlook the many blessings God has given us. During this Thanksgiving holiday, let’s pause to reflect on His love and generosity. Whether with family and friends or not, remember you are not alone. God loves you, and we are thankful for you.

Have you noticed that the world is becoming more chaotic and noisy every day? We have to rise above that, whether it means turning off your TV or phone, even if you start with 15 to 30 minutes. With the chaos and noise around us, we can often lose sight of the good in this world. When we take the time to clear away all this mess, we realize that God is still in the blessing business. He loves us through the difficulties and challenges.

Over the past year, our family has faced some challenges. Satan tried to throw at us medical issues, a car accident, and deferred goals. But Praise God, He has seen us through those challenges, and we have emerged victorious.

We must take time, not just on Thanksgiving, to remember where we were and where we have come to. Starting a gratitude journal is a great way to track this on a daily basis. My Pastor calls it a blessing list. You can also add a list to your daily prayer time or simply sit in a quiet place to reflect on it.

This Thanksgiving season, please share in the comment section what you are thankful for and how God has blessed you over the last year. We can all praise God together on your behalf. We are grateful and appreciate you taking the time to see what’s happening on Bubblingwitheleganceandgrace.com.

Blessings of overabundance to everyone!

God’s Not Dead: In God We Trust (Movie Review and Giveaway)

Hello, Elegant Ones

I pray that you are enjoying this wonderful day God has blessed you with.

God’s Not Dead: In God We Trust, premiering in theaters tomorrow (September 12), parallels what we are seeing in this year’s election – the complex relationship between faith, politics, and our civic responsibilities.Click this LINK for more details on the movie and how to get your tickets.

God’s Not Dead: In God We Trust stars David A. R. White (GOD’S NOT DEAD, Evening Shade), Isaiah Washington (Grey’s Anatomy), Dean Cain (Lois & Clark), Samaire Armstrong (The O.C.), Ray Wise (ROBO COP), Scott Baio (Happy Days), and Charlene Tilton (Dallas), with guest appearances by Governor Mike Huckabee and the Newsboys.

Amid political and spiritual turmoil, Rev. David Hill (White) runs for Congress after an incumbent’s sudden death. Battling against Peter Kane (Wise), who aims to erase religion from policy, Rev. White’s fight becomes a beacon of hope and optimism for people seeking moral leadership in a divided world.

Check out the official movie trailer here:

God’s Not Dead: In God We Trust is more crucial than ever, especially during this election year. If you haven’t registered to vote, please register and vote. Would you believe that a large percentage of Christians don’t vote? In a society focused on democracy, representation, and equality, it’s alarming that 40 million Christians do not vote, 25 million are registered but don’t vote, and 15 million aren’t even registered. If you don’t vote, you don’t have a say in what’s happening in your world. Please vote! Be part of the conversation that’s igniting hearts and minds everywhere.

This movie shows that no one is too small to make a difference in their community. Remember that it’s God working through us, and in Him, we have our being. This is more than a movie; it’s a movement! Most importantly, this film demonstrates that Christians should be optimistic, excited, and hopeful about the future.

Continue to stand and pray for the United States of America and the world.

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 1 Timothy 2:1-2

I like what Kenneth Copeland Ministries said on its website.

“Start praying now about the coming elections. Whether they are small local elections or major national elections, make them a part of every prayer you pray. Then thank the Spirit of God for His wisdom concerning for whom to vote. Thank Him for giving you His wisdom about what to say and when to say it to others. Thank Him for giving you wisdom to declare the Name of Jesus and declare that this shall be a God-indwelt, God-ordained, God-overseen administration.”

“So register. Pray. Vote. Then stand up and be counted by the power of the living God.”

Go see the movie!
