I hope you are staying cool since this summer has been so hot. It seems like instead of this being a cooler summer as the almanac had predicted, it is just the opposite. I had to take a look at my summer wardrobe, starting with what I do not wear anymore and pieces that look dated or worn. I slowly decluttered and it was time to take make room for some new pieces of apparel. One of the first pieces I included in my wardrobe for summer was a tunic. The 79% cotton/21% polyester, with exclusive of decoration gauze tunic is from Denim and Co. for QVC. I selected the color sky blue because it was a color that I do not have in my closet. I liked this tunic because it does not overwhelm me. Even though I wear a single-digit size, I have been called big-boned which disgusts me because I feel that is derogatory. Anyway, a tunic can overwhelm me and look boxy. This tunic appealed to me because it has a shape and the sleeves are not overwhelming. I added jewelry and the sleeves to don’t conflict in anyway.
