Hello Beautiful People,
Light of the World, a fantastic new animated movie, hits theaters on September 5th. This is a film by the Salvation Poem Project that will keep the entire family glued to the screen. Director John Schafer was the producer of the beloved program Superbook. Director Tom Bancroft was a longtime animator with Disney, having worked on The Lion King, Mulan, and Beauty and the Beast.
This inspirational film serves as a great witnessing tool. This movie touched my husband and me, and I know it will touch you. This beautiful, 2D-animated story of Jesus is told through the eyes of his young friend, the Apostle John. From the beginning of Jesus’ ministry through his crucifixion and resurrection, The Light of the World powerfully illustrates how Jesus of Nazareth changed the world forever and continues to change lives today. You can find out more about the film at HERE!.
I have never seen John the Baptist so real in a film. He was so relatable, even with eating the locust and honey. The film is biblically based; however, it also incorporates some theatrical elements. You need to see this film!
Show your support by going to the opening weekend through September 7th. If you have a group of 10 or more people, you can get group tickets for just $7.50 a person.

I like Paul because he explains the Gospel more clearly than the others.

I would say Simon Peter, because he became the first Pope.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. In Roman Catholic tradition, Simon Peter is considered the first pope.
I loved them all! I would have to say that I identify more with Matthew. He was a little quirky and unsure of himself. He loved writing about Jesus’ sermons. His faith and love were undeniably strong!
Thank you for entering the giveaway. I have heard Matthew quirky related to the show The Chosen.
I’m going to say Bartholomew because he traveled so far and wide after the ressurection to spread the gospel.

I would say Simon Peter, because he went on to be the very first Pope.

Peter, Paul, or John because of their impact. Peter because of his fallibility and passion, Paul because of his intelligent discourse and selflessness, John because of his love and devotion…Yeah, can’t just pick one. Big fan of Revelation though- John.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. Yes, hard to pick only one.
Peter because he is often viewed as the rock on which the church was built and the first leader of the Christian church.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. Yes, Peter the Rock.
Andrew might be my favorite because he was the first chosen apostle and he died on the cross. He was also known as the best judge of men.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. Andrew was a fisherman and initially a disciple of John the Baptist.
I would say Andrew.
I have admiration for how humble Andrew was.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. Andrew, a fisherman, was called to be a disciple with Simon Peter to be a fisher of men.
Paul:
.
Favored for his extensive missionary journeys and his significant contributions to Christian theology, his letters are central to Christian belief.
Thank you for entering the giveaway. I agree.
My favorite apostle is Joseph because he is Jesus’s step-dad.
Joseph, Jesus’ stepfather, was a righteous man who was married to Mary. He became Jesus’ earthly father, but not his biological father.
My favorite apostle is John because his writings emphasize love, compassion, and faith in such a powerful and timeless way.
We all need more of the teachings of John. The world needs to hear his message in the gospel.
Peter is my favorite apostle because he was strong yet human, showing that faith and redemption are always possible even through struggles.
Agreed! We see the human side of Peter and that is what so many people can relate to.
My favorite is Peter because he reacted without thinking so often, yet Jesus still used him.
That is so true! Peter stepped out, but also faltered. But that didn’t stop Jesus from loving him and using him.
My favorite is Peter because his story shows that even when we fall short, God’s grace can still transform us into strong leaders of faith.
Simon, because he was so political.
Simon was a leading voice of the apostles. We have so much to learn from him.
Yes, we have so much to learn from Simon in his actions. God’s love never fails.
Paul because his beliefs were so strong.
Paul was a true disciple of Jesus. You can learn so much from him.
Thomas. Doubting Thomas I’m sure he wanted to make sure that the Gospel was genuine.
That is a great point of view. I would agree with you.
