I know, I know. You’ve tried and failed a million times before, so why should this time be any different?
Seriously, the importance of eating a healthy balanced diet cannot be emphasized enough. If you’re going to make a change for the better, the most important thing is that you ensure that those habits stick. Otherwise, it’ll just be another waste of time and effort. Follow these simple yet effective tricks, and you’ll have far greater hopes of staying on track.
Make Cooking Easy
The easiest way to employ a healthy eating plan is to start cooking yourself. This will instantly make it easier to monitor what you’re consuming. Moreover, you can be sure that you’re staying clear of harmful additives. We haven’t all got hours to waste in the kitchen. Likewise, not all of us have the skills of a restaurant chef. Finding simple recipes like my chili will ensure that you give your taste buds a healthy treat without wasting your entire day to do so. Of course, Crockpots and other kitchen accessories can go a long way to removing some of the stress too. Ahh, perfect.
Reduce The Costs
Alongside the time, you’ll also have a keen eye on the costs. There’s a common misconception that healthy eating has to be expensive. It can be. But only if you let it. The first step is to reduce your grocery bill with smarter decisions. Healthier sunflower oil for cooking is cost-effective while ensuring that your waistline won’t expand. Meanwhile, using coupons and special deals can make a telling difference too.We all enter the new diet with positive intentions. But you won’t keep it up if those new choices start burning a hole in your pocket. Keep it cheap, and you will be more likely to maintain it.
Stop Eating Out
Eating out on a regular basis can get expensive. Moreover, you’re more likely to ditch your healthy living when you’re out. So why not stop eating out? After all, you can have just as much fun at home. Organizing a summer BBQ for your family and friends is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening together. You’ll get all the benefits of eating out, only in a far more enjoyable environment. Furthermore, you can maintain your healthy eating while still allowing guests to eat whatever they want. Besides, any excuse to get out in the backyard is a bonus.
Eating out should be for special occasions, like a birthday or anniversary
Don’t Be Too Strict
Even if you don’t enjoy your eating habits, sticking to them for a few weeks isn’t overly difficult. But nobody should stop enjoying their life. Cutting out the things you enjoy entirely is not a long-term solution. The key is to enjoy things in moderation. If you love pizza, for example, you can make it healthier by making a stone baked version from scratch. It will leave you feeling less guilty while still giving you something to look forward to. This piece of motivation can become your secret weapon. So embrace it.
Homemade cookies are a great treat, but must be eaten in moderation.
Ultimately, healthy eating is designed to enhance your life. It won’t do if it feels like a constant struggle. And if you do slip up with a few bad days, dust yourself off and carry on.

Hello Beautiful People,
Do your muscles feel a little tight after an intense workout?
I work out regularly, usually three to five times a week. My routines include Zumba, Daily Burn, The Firm, and free weights. With the intensity that I work out, my muscles can get sore and tight. JT working out
Hi Beautiful People,
I work daily on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, to be more active and to enjoy life. Prayer and meditating on God’s word is first and foremost part of my daily routine. Prayer with health work hand in hand. For example, this is Holy Week and Easter is today. Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave. Hallelujah!
God really help me get through this week. I have had a lot on my mind and felt drained this week so I went for a run with the Spotify app. The Spotify app I downloaded on my iPhone has a running mode and I picked Escape (Ellie Goulding mix) and after the first five minutes I am in the zone. Running is a energy boost and the Spotify app has many different running selections to choose from, no matter what mood you are in. Selections can be from classical to techno, the choice is yours. By the way, Spotify is free unless you want to subscribe to have ad free capabilities.

Getting fit is one of the hardest things that most people will do in their life. In order to make some headway in this battle, you will have to find a way to incorporate daily exercise into your life. The first thing you have to do when trying to get fitter is to find the right gym in your area. In most cases, you will have a number of gyms to choose from, which means you have to do some research to narrow the field. The following are a few tips on finding the right gym in an area.
The Location is Important
The first thing you have to consider when trying to find the right gym is where it is located. You want to make sure the location of the gym is close to your home and work. The more convenient the location of the gym is, the more apt you will be to go on a consistent basis. The time and effort you spend trying to find the right gym is well worth it in the end. Having the right gym is a big piece of the weight loss puzzle.
The Equipment is Vital
Another very important thing you need to consider when trying to find the right gym is the equipment they are using. Ideally you want to find a gym that is only using the most up to date equipment on the market. The higher the quality of the machines in the gym are, the easier you will find it to get the right results. Make sure you go around to a few different gyms to find out what type of things each of them has to offer. By taking your time and looking at all of the options, you will be able to find the right one.
Assess the Monthly Costs
The next thing you have to consider when trying to find the right gym is the cost. You need to make sure you are able to afford the membership and that it is worth it. The more you can find out about what is being offered versus what you are getting, the easier you will find it to get the right results. Most people are looking for deals on both the clothing they need and the gym membership is essential. Finding good Fabletics deals is easy and will allow them to get the clothing they need to start their fitness journey.
Taking the time to weigh all of the options is the best way for a person to find the right gym and fitness clothing.

For most people, trying to keep their weight at a manageable number is an ongoing struggle and something they work very hard to achieve. In order to keep one’s weight in check, an exercise routine will need to be developed. The hardest part about getting is shape is staying on track and following through. Some people have the misconception that working out will cost them too much money between the clothes they have to buy and the gym membership. Finding things like Fabletics coupons can help a person save money and get the quality workout gear they are after. The following are some of the signs that a person needs a personal trainer.
Not Getting Results on Your Own
The first sign that you need to hire a personal trainer is that you are not getting any results on your own. Without the proper knowledge regarding fitness and proper workout technique, it will be easy for you to feel like you are spinning your wheels. By finding a reputable and experienced professional, you will be able to get the advice and guidance needed to keep your head in the game and get some results.
You Lack Motivation
Another reason to seek out the help of a professional trainer is their ability to keep you motivated. It is beyond hard to keep your mind on fitness by yourself. By having a personal trainer, you will be able to get the positive reinforcement needed to get optimum results. By taking the time to research the trainers in an area, you will be able to figure out which one has the best reputation and track record. The more you are able to find out about the trainers in an area, the easier you will find it to get the right results. The time and effort that is put into this process will be more than worth it in the end.
Bored With Your Workouts
Yet another reason you need to find a personal trainer is that they will be able to get the eclectic workouts you need to stay interested. The more varied your workouts are, the easier you will find it to stay on track and get the fit body you are looking for. Make sure to call around to get an idea of the type of workouts the personal trainers in your area offer. The more you are able to find out about what is being offered, the easier you will find it to get the right trainer hired. One of the best ways to get motivated for your first season is by buying new Fabletics workout gear. Be sure to weigh all of the options before getting this gear.

Hello Beautiful People!
Whether you are new to exercise or have been active for many years, the key to achieving a healthy lifestyle is setting and achieving fitness goals. With so much information out there about fitness and nutrition, it may be overwhelming to the beginner. Without the help of a personal trainer, you may not know how to get started. Working with a personal trainer can be have its benefits, but at a price that may be out of reach for many people.
Instead of investing in a trainer, there are other options available. You may want to purchase a fitness tracker that can guide you in the right direction. The popularity of fitness trackers have taken off in the last few years because so many more people are taking charge of their own health. Recently, Verizon Wireless provided BubbingwithEleganceandGrace.com with an opportunity to sample one of these fitness tracker – the Fitbit Charge HR. After trying the Fitbit for twenty-one days, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a better understanding of their current fitness level and how to take it to a higher level.
Getting Started
Setting up and getting started with the Fitbit couldn’t be any easier. Firstly, I downloaded the Fitbit app to my smartphone and created an account. Once I created the account and signed in, I followed the step-by-step instructions on my phone on how to to sync the Fitbit with my phone and how to get started. In only a couple of minutes, I was ready to go. Out of the box, my Fitbit needed to be charged. Included with the Fitbit is a charger that connects to my computer. Charge time is one to two hours, depending on how low the battery is. A fully-charged battery will last about five days. One great feature of the Fitbit is that you will get a notification on your phone and via email when the battery is low and needs to be charged.

Use for the Fitbit Charge HR
Fitbit offers several choices when selecting the tracker that is right for you. Each type of Fitbit monitors steps taken per day and miles walked; but I wanted one that would also monitor my heart rate; so I selected the Fitbit Charge HR. The Charge HR also monitors the quality of my sleep and allows me to add my daily water intake and weight change. Also, the HR ensures that my heart rate was within the acceptable levels while at rest and that it was elevated enough during my workouts.
Fitness experts agree that an active lifestyle leads to a healthy lifestyle. Being active means walking at least a minimum of 10,000 steps each day. With the Fitbit, its easy to see if you are on track with this number. With just a glance at the FitBit, the display monitor lets you know how many steps you have taken for the current day. Depending on how active you are, this goal may seem to easy to achieve or difficult to reach. After using the FitBit for a week, I realized that I was not getting to the 10,000 level of steps on a consistent basis and the FitBit motivated me to reach that level. I made sure that I was active throughout my day, at home and at work because I wanted to make sure that I met that goal. You can monitor the number of steps on the FitBit or on your smartphone using the app.
Screenshot of the FitBit app showing my daily progress.
A second feature that I like about the FitBit Charge HR is that it monitors my heart rate throughout the day and while I am exercising. Having your heart rate in the right zone, whether at rest or while exercising, is key to a healthy lifestyle. I recommend checking with your doctor to see what your passive heart rate should be and then use the FitBit to ensure that it stays within this level. You can also take the information gathered by the FitBit and give it to your doctor who can determine any additional monitoring is needed.
Heart rate monitored throughout the day.
While exercising, your heart rate needs to be elevated to a certain level to be considered in a fat-burning stage or a cardio stage. When setting up the FitBit, these levels are determined by your age. Once your rates are established, the FitBit will tell you if you are in the right zone when exercising. One of my regular exercise routines is the stationary bicycle. The first time I rode for 30 minutes and realized that my heart rate was not elevated high enough to be considered a good fat-burning exercise. I needed to increase the speed on the bike and then found the rate zone that I needed to be at to be the most effective for me.
Heart rate during a P90 cardio workout.
The image above shows my heart rate during a 40 minute cardio workout. Without the FitBit, I would not have known if I was in the right zone or if my exercise was effective. Based on this information, I could increase the intensity to have better overall effects.
Thought out the day, the FitBit will send notifications to your smartphone or to your email, letting you know if you have achieved a goal, or if the battery needs to be charged. This provides great motivation to keep using the FitBit and working towards a healthy lifestyle.

After trying the FitBit Charge HR for 21 days and seeing what it can offer, I would recommend it to any one who would be interested in taking charge of their health and making some healthier adjustments. I found out that I was not as active as I had originally thought and that I needed to increase my cardio workouts in order to achieve a fat-burning heart rate. Without the FitBit, I would have not known these things. In addition, after talking with a friend at work about what this FitBit can do, it motivated her to purchase one of her own. Being healthy is such a key to enjoying and having a long productive life. And if a small device that you wear on your wrist can help with that, I would highly recommend it. Don’t wait until the new year to make any changes, start now. Your body will thank you.
