Day 7 30 for 30

Day 7 ( 30 for 30)

outfit

Teal thin cableknit turtleneck sweater

Plaid brown pants

Born Boots

I was dealing with some sinus symptoms today so I laid back down after this post. It was pretty chilly today but the sun was bright. I have reinforced my mixing knowledge from my mother and it really makes me appreciate what I have.

Day 6

30 for 30

Yellow oxford shirt

Miss Tina Trouser jeans

Born Boots

Outerwear

Leather military coat (not part of 30 for 30) for warmth

Compared to yesterdays 75 degree high temperature today is really cold, the highs are in the 40s so I needed in outerwear coat. Saturdays for me are about relaxation and kicking back so this outfit is simple and cool.  I added some jewelry as I always to do because what’s an outfit without some jewels.

Do you punch up your outfits with jewelry?

My hair is in a braid out with rollers so it’s pretty curly.

Day 5 Outfit

Jacket- Susan Graver

Shirt- JC Penney Outlet

Pant- JC Penney Outlet

Trouser socks-Walmart

Shoes – Clarks

Today was a busy day and I need an outfit that could be comfortable all day long and this was it.  This was a warm day so if I needed to take the jacket off it would be perfectly fine.  Fall and Winter is about dressing in layers because you never know what the temperature may be inside or outside.

Day 4 (30 for 30)

I worked late today and I had to have an outfit that was work wear and dressy at the same time. This dress comes with a matching jacket however I did not want this to look matchy matchy so I paired it with a black cardigan sweater. I wore gray tights with my plum shoes because black tights is way to the norm.  I like to step outside of the box and by changing up your tight colors is a good way to do it.

Day 4 outfit

Cardigan sweater – JC Penney Outlet

Dress – Anne Klein

Tights – Walmart

Shoes – Sofftspot at DSW

Faux Shearling Coat

Faux Shearling coat

This is an awesome coat from Centigrade and it looks like real shearling but it’s not.  This coat is not heavy but light and warm.  This coat is machine washable so if I get snow, dirt or anything on it no worries just pop it in the washer and let it hang to dry.  Simple chicness!

Outfit Day 3 (30 for 30)

Silk Top -Ann Taylor

Silk Embroidered Skirt – Louis del Olio

Shoes – Softspot

This outfit was different textures and blends and it worked well, at least I thought it did. I wasn’t going to wear the patterned floral tights but after I tried them on it worked so no bother to change.

When pairing an embroidered floral skirt I never want to have a pattern with it because it can make my outfit look to busy and completely out of control.  By letting the embroidered skirt be the main focal point almost any solid color blouse or jacket could be paired with this skirt.

Gotta give a shout out to my doggies, so precious!
