Holiday party dressing can be beautiful but this dress can be multifunctional. Add a jacket and cute flats to this outfit and it would be great for work. To make the outfit even more on trend add a scarf.

Argan oil comes from Morocco and can be used all over the body from skin to hair. I have even heard that it can be used on the face to reduce fine lines.
