Day 10 30 for 30

Day 10 30 for 30

This was a day where the weather wasn’t cold but it was cool.  It was cloudy earlier and at lunch it was bright and sunny.  I wanted to wear some different pants with this outfit but stuck with these, it’s working for me. It’s simple but does the job of being a good work outfit.

Day 10 (30 for 30 )

I’m feeling good about the 30 for 30 pieces that I picked so full steam ahead.

Day 9 30 for 30

Day 9 30 for 30

Day 9 30 f0r 30

Dress- New York & CO

Belt – Anne Klein

Ribbed Tights – Walmart

Shoes – Clarks

I was volunteering doing charity work   a couple of years ago and I was able to get this rare find for free.  A dress for free! Hurray! When I first picked  it up I didn’t know how I would wear it or how  I would accessorize it.  The headband in my hair is the belt that goes with the dress.  The dress and belt looked really matchy matchy and needed changing up so I made the self belt into a headband.  I had a wide black belt from another dress and thought it would work and it did.

Day 9 30 for 30

I simply enjoy this dress that I had to stand in front of my new door.  It will be interesting to see how I will remix it.

Day 8 (30 for 30)

Day 8 (30 for 30)

I had so much fun with this outfit, loved experimenting with patterns and different floral.  I didn’t want to wear this cool jacket with just plain black pants so I thought to myself and  out came my grayish plum soft striped pants. And this jacket is a match with the dress I wore the last week. The floral scarf I thought added charm.

Do you experiment with patterns and delve into the depths of color and floral patterns?

Day 7 30 for 30

Day 7 ( 30 for 30)

outfit

Teal thin cableknit turtleneck sweater

Plaid brown pants

Born Boots

I was dealing with some sinus symptoms today so I laid back down after this post. It was pretty chilly today but the sun was bright. I have reinforced my mixing knowledge from my mother and it really makes me appreciate what I have.
