Hi Lovely Readers,
It is time to start thinking about vacations and wearing the appropriate attire. Vacation season will soon be upon us and it is essential to be prepared ahead of time. A popular vacation destination for families is the beach. Being in the water is a fun activities for Moms, Dads and children of all ages. Moms and Dads have to think about what suit looks good in the water but they really have to think about what’s the best swim gear for their children.
Making sure that your child is comfortable, safe and warm when they enjoy the water should be the priority of any parent. So, when it comes to choosing children’s winter wetsuits, what are the things that we should be on the lookout for? Well, quite simply, choosing kid’s winter wetsuits is no different than choosing one for an adult. A kid’s winter wetsuit should be well fitted, well made and of the correct thickness appropriate to the sea temperatures that your child will be playing in.

Wet Gear from H2O Sports
Let’s take each of those points and have a look at them in closer detail:
Size – Picking the correct size children’s winter wetsuit should be your first consideration. If the suit doesn’t fit properly then the thickness of the neoprene that you choose will be irrelevant. Children’s winter wetsuits, as with adults too, should be close fitting-just like a second skin. There should be no baggy pockets of air or loose portions of rubber in evidence. If there is then these will repeatedly fill with cold water and lower the body temperature. Another area to look out for is at the extremities of the suit. Neckline, wrist and ankle areas should all be form-fitting, and not at all loose.
Thickness – Once you have chosen the correct size you can then start to consider the children’s winter wetsuits thickness. Whether they’ll need a 4mm wetsuit, 5mm wetsuit or a 5/3mm wetsuit will largely depend on the sea temperatures, but can also be down to personal choice. Some kids feel the cold more than others so adjust accordingly. A rough guide can be that a 4mm wetsuit will be good for water temperatures of around 12° Centigrade or 54° Fahrenheit. A 5mm wetsuit can go a little lower at 9° Centigrade (48° Fahrenheit) and for anything colder still you should be looking at a 5/3mm wetsuit or thicker. It’s important that the kid’s winter wetsuits are comfortable so take this into account too when choosing between a 4mm wetsuit, 5mm wetsuit or a 5/3mm wetsuit.
Quality – This may seem obvious, but it is well worth pointing out. Should the children’s winter wetsuits be poorly made then the above two points become moot. You see, if the stitching is poor or if the zips are low grade then water will enter in from outside of the suit and flush out the warm layer of water that has been created by the body. It won’t matter how thick the kid’s winter wetsuits are. You could have a 4mm wetsuit, 5mm wetsuit or even a 5/3mm wetsuit on and still feel the cold because the neoprene isn’t being given the chance to insulate as it should. A good quality 4mm wetsuit will be warmer than a cheap 5/3mm wetsuit.

So, next time you go to pick out the kid’s winter wetsuits keep these things in mind. Don’t get too hung up on whether or not the 4mm wetsuit, 5mm wetsuit or the 5/3mm wetsuit is the right choice if you are not looking at all the other areas mentioned too. Buying the correct children’s winter wetsuits will help them to have more fun, so it’s well worth getting it right.

Music education is near and dear to my heart. Playing an instrument can be enjoyable and relaxing.
Patience is a virtue and it is sorely lacking in the world today. Commercial media says you need this or that now, why wait later. This microwave madness has to stop. This is especially true among children because many are impatient and undisciplined due to circumstances in their lives that are far beyond their control; like school, grades, and parental issues can play fact a factor in behavior. However, music soothe the soul and can spark many positive emotions. Learning to play a musical instrument, for example an acoustic guitar, can instill patience and has great benefits for children and adults of all ages. Discipline and patience make a great team of values for a child and are seen as character traits to be admired.
Physical Fitness
People at any age are always looking for the next big fad in physical fitness training. We go from yoga to jogging and various other trendy programs that help us stay slim and trim. Most people do not realize that learning to play the acoustic guitar is a workout in and of itself. Playing a complete session once you have learned to play is actually a very good workout and is a ton of fun in the process.
Being Part of Something Special
Have you ever envied the brotherhood and camaraderie of a sports team? The bond that players build and share is a very special one that lasts a lifetime. The same can be said of many bands that get together and play either in public performances or just for their own enjoyment. Music has often been at the root of some fine collaboration between musicians and that chemistry can be historic (think Lennon and McCartney). Learning to play the acoustic guitar and becoming part of a band can lead to many special relationships between you and other musicians, lyricists, (Elton John and Bernie Taupin) and even fans.

Finding Yourself
They say that some people go through life and never find who they truly are. Others find themselves but never get the chance to show that beautiful side of themselves to others. Learning to play a Gibson Acoustic Guitar can help you to not only reach your full potential, it can help you get in touch with who you really are and show that person to others. Once you have mastered an acoustic guitar… you are never quite as content as when you are playing for someone.
Achievements and Recognition
Learning to play the acoustic guitar fills people with a sense of achievement that is very fulfilling. While this is true of children, the beautiful part of it is that this feeling is also felt by adults who learn to play. In fact, the older you are, the better the feeling. It is like finally fulfilling a childhood dream that never came true. Recognition of your talent is not quite as good a feeling… but it does not hurt, that is for sure.
Communication
If you are one of those people who never really learned the art of self expression… guess what? That is correct; learning to play the acoustic guitar is a fantastic form of self expression unlike any other. Along with something like a FocusriteSaffire, you can learn to express yourself with a Gibson acoustic guitar.
What Have You Got to Lose?
This list encompasses but a few of the wonderful benefits that you can reap from learning to play the guitar or other instrument. There are many other wonderful things that can come about as well. If you have always wanted to learn to play, it is never too late. While we suggest the Gibson acoustic guitar, you can find less expensive guitars at flea markets, car boot sales, music stores, and your local pawn shop. Don’t waste another moment. Grab yourself a guitar and begin learning to express yourself in a wonderful way. What have you got to lose?

Hi Bubbling Readers,
It’s been a couple of weeks of so many things going on that I need to have some spa treatment. I’m on the verge of jumping on the Argireline bandwagon. It’s good; but full. When I am feeling like I need a burst of energy or a stress release, I find it therapeutic to use my Clarisonic Mia.
What is the Clarisonic Mia?
The Clarisonic Mia is the little sister to the full-size cleansing machine. The device is specifically designed for the face; while the full-size Clarisonic can be used on the face and body.
I wear a variety of make up. When I would only use a face cloth, my skin never felt like it was clean. I started doing my research and found the Clarisonic on QVC.com.
I use my Mia at least three times a week. I really like that I can take my Mia into shower. It can get totally wet without a problem. The Clarisonic Mia’s size compact enough that makes it ideal to take with you when traveling or vacationing. The Mia is cordless and can maintain a charge for about two weeks before needing to recharged.

JT using the Clarisonic Mia
I try to avoid break outs on my face; so I like get a deep-down clean that the Clarisonic Mia can provide.
My Regime
I cleanse my face with my Josie Maran double-sided cleansing cloth, with a couple pumps of the Bare Escentuals cleanser. Then I use my Mia with Noxzema or Burt Bees cleanser and gently rub in circular motions over my face. The Mia has a 60-second timer and will automatically cuts off. The brushes eventually will need to be replaced and I have no problem with that. The Clarisonic Mia deeply cleanses my skin and helps me win over acne-prone skin.
For more information on the Mia, click on the QVC website. There is a detailed video with informative tips and why everyone should have a Clarisonic.
“How do I use it: First, remove eye makeup. Wet skin and brush head, and apply cleanser to the skin or directly to the brush head. Push the on/off button, select speed, and follow the one-minute T-timer prompts while moving brush in small, circular motions: 20 seconds on forehead, 20 seconds on nose/chin, and 10 seconds on each cheek. Hold the brush head flush to your skin. Pressing too hard will impede the motion of the brush and reduce effectiveness. Mia 2 will automatically shut off after one minute.”
The brush heads do not feel rough but feel soft and comfortable.

Try the Mia if you want your skin to feel smooth and you want to get a deep-down clean. When your face does not feel clean after you wash it, check out the the Mia.

Hi Bubbling Readers,
Can you stand up to what you believe in? If someone says to you God is Dead and completely nonexistent what would you say to them? Tough questions, yes.

I am excited about a new film that will be coming out March 21st in theaters called “God’s Not Dead.” Those questions above made me think about my own faith and if I were to stand up to the microphone. What would I say?
I am not perfect and I am a work in process.

In order to stand up for what I believe, I know I have to read and study God’s word. But there’s an important key I have to talk to him and develop daily my relationship with him.
Has your faith ever been tested? When you want to say something about why you believe in God and nothing came out of your mouth because you didn’t know what to say.
This movie focuses on faith being tested and why we have to stand up for what we believe in.
Take a look at the trailer here:
