Hello, Elegant One!
The leaves are falling, the temperature is dropping, and I cannot wait until I get a chance to get under a warm blanket and sip on a hot cup of cocoa. I have changed the decoration inside and outside of the home with the changing seasons. This year, I am participating in the “Autumn Home Decor on a Tray Blog Tour!” with KatherinesCorner.com, and Twenty-two bloggers and I are sharing how we have decorated our homes with a tray as the starting point. You will want to see how everyone decorated their homes!
If you are clicking over from Mantel and Table, welcome! I hope you are enjoying the tour.
InspirationÂ
My hubby will ask me what inspired you to put that design together. I must say it’s a bit of this, less of that, and more of this design.
I started with a mirror base tray and built the display from there. It’s in my head. The decor is vintage, and some items are more recent. This is creativity at its best and relaxation therapy simultaneously for me.
This Instagram reel shows the entire display.

As you can see, I don’t limit myself. I experiment with using hay to elevate the pumpkins and add candles to set the mood. The pumpkin with the truck was an excellent find at Hobby Lobby. I hope you broaden your horizons from the Autumn splendor you see on BubblingwithEleganceandgrace.com. The sky is never the limit.

Hi JT, I adore your pretty marble tray and you’ve styled it beautifully for autumn! Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction
Thank you so much, I wanted to try something different and not what you would expect. Blessings to you too!
This is lovely. The warmth of the candle light is so soothing, and I am a fan of little pumpkins!
The candlelight is a must for me because it’s welcoming and relaxing and sets the stage for the decorations. Soothing is a great word. I must admit little pumpkins are so fun to decorate with. Thank you!
It’s a virtual tiny autumn village – I LOVE IT! So colorful and I’m digging your ‘lil pumpkins!
I really was putting this together and it turned it into a village. I go with what fall means to me. The pumpkins are one of my favorites because you can do so much with them and put them in places if you need to fill in a gap if you don’t have a lot of room. Thank you!
HI JT! It’s really nice to meet you through this hop. I love your seasonal vignette and all the wonderful fall details you have layered. It’s a beautiful fall scene you created on the marble coffee table. XO- MaryJo @ masterpiecesofmylife
Thank you MaryJo, that’s exactly what I was going for layers that would draw the eye to different parts of the decor. The centerpiece is sitting on a mirrored tray and it’s covered pretty much in hay and the marble coffee table is different something you don’t normally see and that’s why I chose to put the centerpiece there and it’s also the focal point of my Livingroom.
This is so pretty and it does look like an autumn village as Jenny mentioned. Great to meet you. Pinned!
Thank you so much, and great to meet you too. When I designed it in my head, I had no idea this would be a little village.
I love the soft light of the candles throughout your tray, JT. So welcoming!
I like a cozy, welcoming feel that invites you in like a cup of cocoa. Thank you!
Hello Jt, so nice to meet you! I love all the different textures your autumn tray has to offer. Wonderful job! Enjoy the tour.
Thank you so much, and great to meet you too. I focused on textures and layers to make the patterns more dimensional.
Can I tell you how much I just love this!!! Gorgeous!!!! The addition of the candles create such a feeling of elegance!! And I love your marble table!! Stunning!! Thanks for sharing!! Enjoy the Tour!! It was so nice getting to meet you!!!
Hugs,
Deb
Thank you, Debbie; candles to me set the stage and take a centerpiece to another level. The marble was a way to do something different.
The tour is excellent.
Hugs,
JT
What a great idea to set this on a marbled base. Loved the softness of the candlelight and I’m a big fan of little pumpkins. Lovely! Lynne
I never see items being designed on glass or marble, so this was an out-of-the-box fall design moment.
Jt, you have created a whole fall village on your coffee table. It is a lovely creation!
Happy to be touring with you 🙂
Rachelle
I design as I think of ideas in my head, and it comes together. Thank you, and fun to be on tour.
Just wonderful JT! If I were a tiny Thumbelina-type fairy, I’d love to play in your gorgeous little pumpkin world! 🙂 Thanks for the lovely new take on fall – I’m inspired to use some hay now too. Happy Fall, and so fun touring with you!
Aw, thank you, Barbara, when I saw the hay at Hobby Lobby I immediately thought of building in dimension to my design. When I was done it turned out like a little village. Great to tour with you too.
The marble slab makes such a great tray and I love the warmth of the glowing candles. You can never have too many pumpkins and they look so cute styled with the fall leaves and pinecones. The scarecrow is adorable, you have created such a fun Autumn scene!
Thank you, Jenna, Autumn I agree is fun, and I just went with what I liked and started styling.
Pumpkins are unmistakably fall and their arrival in our homes signals both autumn’s exuberance and a celebration of the harvest. Your lovely tray captures both! Happy to tour with you!
Thank you, Sandra I focused on the warmth and incredible feel of the fall season. Wonderful to tour with you too.
Oh my goodness that truck pumpkin is the star of the show. What a wonderful autumn tray my friend. Thank you for joining in the fun. Pinned! Hugs!
This was a lot of fun, Katherine and glad to be a part of it.
Oh I love the truck pumpkin! Its so beautiful and a great central piece of the tray. It is a beautiful tray. Thank you for joining the fun!
That truck is one of my favorites. This was fun.
